How To Publish Paper:

• Authors submit their Manuscript with Author’s Undertaking Form and Plagiarism Report on gu-jet@gandhinagaruni.ac.in.
• Manuscript Checking (Technical, Plagiarism, Content)
• Manuscript ID Assignment
• Editorial Review (Accepted/ Minor changes/ Major changes/ Rejected)
• Final decision sent to authors
• Final Version of article (PDF/html) prepared
• Article published online on website https://git.org.in/publications/ and open access to all
• E-Certificate

General Guidelines To Authors:

• Type-written Manuscripts in MS Word (.doc) format should be submitted to gu-jet@gandhinagaruni.ac.in
• Manuscripts will be reviewed in depth by Experts/Reviewers and then published in the Journal.
• If any correction(s) is/are given by expert/reviewer, author(s) will have to make necessary changes and submit manuscript again.
• Papers will be published in online version.
• Papers should be typed and formatted according to sample paper.
• List of Keywords should be given.
• Length of paper is limited to 10 Pages.
• There should be Maximum Five Authors in a paper.
• List of References must have to be present.
• Images of High quality/Resolution are preferred.

• Gandhinagar University - Journal of Engineering and Technology is published annually.
• Occasionally, GU-JET can publish Special Issues about specific research themes/International Conference. These special issues can have specific editors. For these special issues, specific calls for papers will be announced.

Publication Fees:

• There is not any publication charge for publication of Research Paper in GU-JET.

Publication Ethics:

• The publication of an article in a peer-reviewed journal is a very crucial task in disseminating knowledge and contributes for the scientific development. As a peer-reviewed journal, the rigor of scientific publication is expected to be observed while evaluating papers that are submitted. Therefore, ethical behavior is expected for all parties involved during the publishing process: the author, the journal editor, the peer reviewer, and the publisher.
